To enter Draft Mode, you need a Draft Token and so far the only way you can get one is by paying 15,000 in game FUT credits. It's quite a fun mode, and I enjoyed doing, but from what I can see, you can only do a run of 4 wins before having to pay for another token to play again, Fifa 16 PS4 Coins  with probably a different team.

The FUT transfer area is still an overpriced shamble even with EA putting restrictions on player's cost. The amount people are still charging makes a mockery of those who want to build an awesome team but can't because there priced out of the best players, or they get to buy one and that's it.

Unless you are lucky enough to get a top player in a pack. Even then it's not likely. Fifa is deeply rooted in reality, not just with its official licences. Football matches these days are becoming more like games of chess played between master tacticians   firm defending and calculated build-up play are strong traits. EA does a good job of reflecting this, although it comes at a bit of a cost in terms of how entertaining the game is at times. PES' style of  Fifa 16 XBOX One Coins football is faster, more free-flowing and offers more escapism.
